\nAuto Outlet LLC agrees to provide car hauling services for the transportation. This service includes:<\/p>\n
\n1.2. Full insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
\n1.3. A-to-Z handling of the transportation process, including loading, unloading, and delivery.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>
\n2.1. The Service Provider will provide insurance coverage for the Vehicle during transit.
\n2.2. The Customer must disclose any pre-existing damage to the Vehicle before pickup.
\n2.3. The insurance does not cover personal belongings left inside the Vehicle.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>
\n3.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise disclosed.
\n3.2. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Vehicle and delivery\/pickup locations.
\n3.3. The Customer must be present, or have an authorized representative present, for the pickup and delivery of the Vehicle.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>
\n4.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
\n4.2. The Service Provider\u2019s liability for damages to the Vehicle is limited to the insurance coverage provided during transit.
\n4.3. The Customer agrees to inspect the Vehicle upon delivery and document any damages before signing the delivery receipt.<\/p>\n
\n5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent in writing.
\n5.2. Refunds are not provided unless the Service Provider is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.<\/p>\n
\nThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia.<\/p>\n
\nThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.<\/p>\n
